You’re cordially invited to enjoy an hour of a bit of easy, relaxing stretching and a guided imagery meditation (25+ minutes) with a tad of processing, free of charge. This is a relaxing, enjoyable opportunity to get to know my space and experience my teaching style, with NO strings attached.
