Often our lives are “OK” just as they are, but there’s a little something that’s “missing” or just not what it seems it should be. Or, we believe we know what we want and just can’t seem to be able to get over that “hump” to actually get there. “New Beginnings” is designed to help. It’s all about connecting with and expanding upon your inner journey AND ALLOWING THAT EXPANSION TO MANIFEST IN YOUR OUTER LIFE. The workshop is about joyfully growing and expanding from the inside out.
Goals for this workshop are personal and may include:
- learning about and befriending your inner lifejourney
- identifying, embracing and flowing over bumps along your lifepath
- savoring/expanding your inner power
- strengthening less confident self-aspects
- letting go of what’s no longer needed
- feeling vigorous, luscious, more fully alive
Activities in this class include:
- clearing the space
- creating a sacred, safe space
- setting intentionsguided imagery meditation
- enjoying your dreamsprocess drawing
- group sharing
- planning/creating symbolic beaded objects
Class size limited to 8 participants
