Located on the torso, Bo points are acupressure (acupuncture) points connecting with each of the twelve meridians. this course focuses on locating the Bo points as well as learning indications and techniques for working them to facilitate energetic balance. This can be easily, effectively and ethically incorporated into most bodywork modalities. In this class you will: *Experience stretches to facilitate movement of energy through the Bo points; *Enjoy a guided imagery meditation re the Bo points; *Define and locate the Bo points; *Discuss how they are related to the 12 meridians; *List/discuss indications for holding each Bo; *Observe and practice effective techniques using Bo points to facilitate energetic balance.
